Prepared on 1.6.2020 and updated on 24.9.2020 (contact details of the supervisory authority added)
The test version of the Job Market Finland was published on 3 September 2019, so it is subject to the requirements of the EU Accessibility Directive. The Job Market Finland has taken into account the requirements of the Accessibility Directive in both application development and content production.
The Job Market Finland is currently a trial version of the online service, which is being actively developed - also based on customer feedback. Significant changes are still being made to the service, including visual and navigation functionality, where minor accessibility gaps have been identified.
The service will be subject to comprehensive accessibility testing during 2021/2022 to ensure that the requirements of the directive are met by the time the transition from the trial version to the actual production version.
If you have any questions about the accessibility of the Job Market Finland, please contact us via the feedback form at the bottom of the service.
We’ll do our best to respond within 14 days. Should you not be satisfied with the answer or you do not receive an answer from us within two weeks, you may file a report with the Regional State Administrative Agency for Southern Finland. The agency website has detailed instructions (in Finnish and Swedish only) on how to file a complaint and how the issue will be handled.
