Looking for friends
We at Job Market Finland are looking for new friends. Job Market Finland already has already over 2000 users with published profiles. Maybe you're next?
We have made updates to profiles to make them even easier to fill in and use.
A profile is made up of three sections:
- Knowledge and skills
- Introduction
- Job experience and education
In your profile, you can fill in your work experience, education, and skills acquired during your free time. In the Knowledge and skills section, you can explain in your own words your skills, work preferences and language skills. Here, you can also enter which licenses you have. Select the appropriate keywords to start seeing job suggestions. Fill in all sections to get the most relevant job suggestions. However, the first piece of information you add will already generate suggestions for you. In the Introduction section, you can select a job search area and other specifiers.
Employers can search for employees with keywords that describe competence. Once your profile is published, you are discoverable in searches. Job search profiles are shown to employers anonymously.
But who knows, maybe you’ll find new friends here – in the form of co-workers!
